Returns Policy:

We make every effort to describe and display goods and products in the best possible detail. However, if you feel your purchase is not suitable we will accept it back providing it is in the original packaging and fit for re-sale. Once the procedure laid out below is adhered to we will reimburse you the cost or replace the product (excluding cost of postage). All items you wish to return have to be received by us within 14 days of delivery. Your account will be refunded through paypal. Paypal may charge a small refund transaction fee. Please include all relevant packing slips and documentation when returning the product. For your protection and convenience we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Electronic Sheep.
